Toni Evans is a compassionate leader who believes the most meaningful work begins with caring for people well. With a Bachelor of Science degree from University of South Carolina, an Executive Leadership Certification from Francis Marion University, and EMT training from Southeast Community College, Toni has built a career centered on service, leadership, and human connection. As a Dual Licensed Long-Term Care Administrator and Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP), Toni is passionate about creating environments where dignity, compassion, and quality of life come first. Beyond professional accomplishments, Toni values family, faith, community, and the simple joys of farm life, good food, gardening, and time spent with loved ones.

Cotillia Coe is a dedicated healthcare professional with experience in senior healthcare for over 27 years. Passionate about patient-centered care, Cotillia is committed to improving patient outcomes through compassionate, evidence-based treatment. She has currently been serving as the Memory Care Director and nursing scheduler for the past 11 years. Cotillia holds certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant, Certified Clinical Medical Assistant and certification as a Dementia Practitioner. Outside work, she enjoys spending time with her son and family.

Melody Adams has over 20 years’ experience in long-term care and has dedicated her career to serving seniors
Melody Adams has over 20 years’ experience in long-term care and has dedicated her career to serving seniors and creating environments where residents and their families feel supported, valued, and at peace. Melody earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Francis Marion University and began her career as a Director of a LTC Pharmacy in Florence. She later obtained her license as a Long-Term Care Residential Community Administrator, and it was there that she found the joy of bringing excitement and compassion into the lives of others. Outside of work, she enjoys being with her family and friends, camping, spending time on the water, traveling, and recently learning to play mahjong. “Above all, my faith and family are the greatest blessings in my life and continue to inspire both my personal and professional journey.”

Gloria has also grown professionally from PCA to Med Tech and then to her currently managerial role
Gloria Burgess is a native of Timmonsville SC, and current resident of Effingham County. She serves as the Resident Care Coordinator at Pee Dee Gardens. Dedicating the past 17 years of compassionate care to seniors, Gloria has also grown professionally from PCA to Med Tech and then to her currently managerial role. Throughout her journey, she’s earned numerous certifications while building lasting relationships with residents, families, and coworkers who she proudly considers family. Outside of work, Gloria enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren, decorating her home, and relaxing outdoors while riding her slingshot and enjoying the breeze.

Brittany found her true calling in Assisted Living
Brittany Little is an experienced and compassionate nurse with over 18 years in the healthcare field. Brittany found her true calling in Assisted Living where she has dedicated the past seven years to providing exceptional care to the elderly population. Her clinical strengths include legal documentation, IV therapy, phlebotomy, and wound care – areas in which she takes great pride in delivering precise, high-quality care. Outside of her professional life, Brittany is a devoted wife and mother. In her free time, she enjoys boating, spending quality time with family and friends, and expressing her creativity through photography, sewing, and crafting.

Dwight Grimes has proudly served as the Maintenance Manager for 11 years, where he is known for his dependable work ethic, problem-solving skills, and dedication to maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for residents and staff. A lifelong resident of Florence county, Dwight takes great pride in serving the community he has always called home. Outside of work, he enjoys restoring and redoing cars, a hobby that reflects his patience, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. Dwight is also a devoted dog lover and a passionate fan of the George Bulldogs. Above all, he is a proud father of two daughters and a loving grandfather to one grandson, whom he is deeply compassionate about and treasures spending time with.
